International Women Mentorship Program

Here’s your opportunity to join our two-month online International Women Mentorship Program, focused on opportunities in India. 

This exclusive program offers female students interested in consulting the chance to gain firsthand insights into this exciting career path. Learn from experienced professionals, network with other women in the field, and gain practical, hands-on experience that will prepare you for a successful professional journey.

As a participant, you will be paired with a dedicated mentor and will join a series of virtual events and workshops designed to enhance your networking skills and prepare you for interviews. These include:

• Networking sessions with other students and Oliver Wyman colleagues
• Training sessions related to the corporate world, consulting careers and your growth
• A panel discussion with consultants and senior leaders
• One-to-one sessions with your mentor, to discuss topics of your choice and receive personalized coaching
• Closing ceremony and digital certificate of completion

This chapter of our International Women Mentorship Program is designed to support and empower female students aspiring to launch their careers in management consulting at our India offices. We are looking for women in their last year or penultimate year of studies who are seeking an internship or full-time opportunity.
