International Women Mentorship Program Germany And Austria

Our International Women Mentorship Program is a great opportunity for female students interested in a career in management consulting at Oliver Wyman, with placements available in our offices in Berlin, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Vienna. Here’s what the program entails:

• One-on-one mentoring: You'll be paired with one of our female consultants, ranging from associate to partner level. Monthly check-ins and lunch dates will allow you to discuss any topics on your mind, from internship details and training opportunities to university challenges, and more. These role models have walked in your shoes and will provide the best advice from firsthand experience. Your mentor will be someone you can confide in and who will support you every step of the way. We put a lot of effort into matching you with the right mentor, focusing on common interests and the preferred office.
• Training opportunities: You'll have access to a variety of training sessions. One month might focus on Excel, the next on personal branding, or even a real-life case workshop with a client needing a solution.
• Integration into Oliver Wyman: From day one, you'll be participating in social events, networking opportunities, roundtables, and more. You'll get to know your future colleagues and the company values so well that by the time you start your internship it will feel like you’ve always been part of the team.
• Internship experience: You'll have the chance to gain firsthand consulting experience during an eight-to-twelve-week internship at any of our offices in Germany or Austria. You tell us where you want to go and what time suits you best, and we will try to make it happen. We aim to match your interests with your mentor and project, but also encourage you to be open-minded, as you may discover new interests along the way.

We are looking for students from the fourth Bachelor Semester onward, studying at any German or Austrian university, who are keen on a career in consulting. Your major doesn’t have to be economics; we welcome profiles from engineering, math, sustainability, and more.
