Mentoring is a powerful way to support aspiring consultants, equipping you with the essential tools and guidance right from the start. It fosters a trusting relationship that will be invaluable as you navigate your future career path.
Women's mentorship program for high achieving students
This program offers valuable guidance on navigating a career as a woman in consulting. It provides an opportunity to learn about Oliver Wyman, gain insights into life as a consultant, understand our recruitment process, and network with other students. Each participant will be paired with a dedicated mentor. You and your mentor will have individual meetups where you can discuss topics of your choice and receive personalized coaching to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in the consulting industry.
The program will take place during the spring semester of 2025. During the program we will host events where we take a deeper look into the various industry perspectives that apply to women in consulting, practice some informal case cracking, as well as network and exchange thoughts and ideas with other ambitious women.
In addition to the 1:1 mentoring sessions, the program includes three in-person events in Stockholm the following dates:
- Thursday 27 February (afternoon/evening)
- Tuesday 1 April (afternoon/evening)
- Thursday 24 April (afternoon/evening)
Who Can Apply
We are looking for high achieving students who identify as women and are currently undertaking university studies to be part of our mentorship program.
