International Women Mentorship Program Italy

Mentoring is a powerful way to support aspiring consultants, equipping you with the essential tools and guidance right from the start. It fosters a trusting relationship that will be invaluable as you navigate your future career path. 

Our International Women Mentorship Program offers an exceptional opportunity for female students interested in a career in management consulting at Oliver Wyman, with placements available in our Milan offices. These relationships last for 10-12 months, with monthly one-on-one meetings and training sessions on personal development and interview preparation. 

From February to June 2025, mentees will have the opportunity to:

• Attend an introductory session with one of our partners
• Participate in in-person sessions to connect with their mentor and network with colleagues
• Join virtual training sessions focused on preparing for business case interviews
• Spend a day at the office to gain first-hand insight into what it’s like to work at Oliver Wyman

Our International Women Mentorship Program is designed to support and empower female students aspiring to launch their careers in management consulting at our Milan office. This program is open to women in their penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate initiative, intuition, and creativity, with strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. We welcome students from all academic backgrounds, valuing diverse experiences and skill sets. Participation in extracurricular activities and a track record of leading a meaningful and impactful life beyond academics are highly valued.

The selection process will include an interview with an Oliver Wyman consultant and the recruiting team. We will evaluate your problem-solving skills, suitability, and motivation for consulting. Successful candidates will be announced by the recruiting team.
