Timothy is a leader in our Consumer Goods Practice for the Americas.
He has dedicated his career to leading complex transformation programs, with a particular emphasis on the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and fashion industries. He works closely with CXOs to design and implement strategic changes that drive disruptive growth and innovation.
I consider myself creative, a trait I showcase through my work on growth, transformation, and operating model design programs. Each transformation is unique and presents its own set of challenges. I’m constantly learning and expanding my capabilities while supporting clients in a new interesting way
Beyond his leadership responsibilities, Timothy is an enthusiastic advocate within Oliver Wyman's PROWD network, our global community for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies. He has consistently championed mental health throughout his career, acting as a leader and catalyst for cultural change, dedicated to shaping the future of work for our team and our clients.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Timothy graduated from GE Capital’s Operations Leadership Program. He also spent 12 years at Kearney, where he rose to the position of partner and held key leadership positions in Household Brands and Mental Health Americas.
He holds an MBA from The George Washington School of Business and a BSBA in Finance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Timothy’s creativity and enthusiasm for design mirror his professional pursuits. He recently spent five years renovating his former home in Chicago and is currently refurbishing his current home in Los Angeles, often doing much of the work himself. These skills were honed during his upbringing in Pennsylvania, learning from his uncles.
