Politics affects every area of life, shaping the world we lie in and influencing the decisions that impact our daily lives. A strong democracy depends on effective political structures, which in turn lead to healthy, thriving societies. Recognizing this, our team in Hamburg recently partnered with JoinPolitics, a non-partisan organization committed to enhancing the effectiveness of politics and securing the future of democracy. By promoting political talent and developing solutions to tackle the major issues of our time, JoinPolitics is making a significant difference.
The organization has already supported more than 40 political figures who have successfully launched citizens’ initiatives, interest groups, and political candidacies. Notable successes include Verena Hubertz’s Bundestag win, and the state parliament seats secured for Birte Glißmann and Theresa Gröninger.
Over an eight-week engagement, our project team worked closely with JoinPolitics to develop a comprehensive impact strategy, a framework for tracking key milestones, and a robust fundraising document. This newly developed impact strategy now serves as a guide for JoinPolitics, helping the organization make strategic decisions and ensuring its effective development, especially as it plans for growth. By providing a clear strategic focus, we’re helping JoinPolitics better activate supporters and stakeholders.
Our approach to measuring impact brings transparency to the strengths and improvement areas of JoinPolitics’ activities, demonstrating the effectiveness of their political funding efforts. This clarity not only enhances fundraising efforts by showcasing JoinPolitics’ impact but also supports future growth. We also jointly developed a pitch presentation highlighting JoinPolitics’ vision, successful track record, and future growth plans to inspire potential supporters to contribute financially.
Through this partnership, we have helped JoinPolitics lay a strong foundation for effective and sustainable growth, empowering the organization to secure the resources needed for successful scaling and continue its mission to strengthen democracy.
