Emanuele is a principal in the Communications, Media, and Technology Practice, based in our Milan office.
With more than eight years of experience — working across various service industries (with a focus on telecommunications) — he has led company-wide cost transformation programs, developed strategic and commercial strategies, and helped evaluate different organizational models.
What sets Emanuele apart is his unique background in aerospace engineering, which fuels his relentless problem-solving attitude. While previously tackling complex aerodynamics equations during his studies, he now thrives on unraveling intricate organizational structures and navigating multi-factor performance issues.

Prior to Oliver Wyman, Emanuele worked as a research intern at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California, and co-founded Ahead Tech, a sports analytics start-up.
Outside of work, Emanuele loves traveling, spending time with his family and friends in Trani (his home town), playing football, as well as supporting his team Inter Milan.
