Cornelius is a Munich-based partner who leads our Operations Practice in Germany and Austria. He is also part of our artificial intelligence platform, Oliver Wyman Quotient.
Cornelius specializes in transport, logistics, e-commerce, and distribution, helping European and North American clients tackle their biggest challenges. Over the years, he has partnered with many businesses to help them rethink their supply chain operations to be more strategic, sustainable, and efficient, from aerospace to parcel logistics to manufacturing. His work combines deep domain expertise with cutting-edge digital technologies and advanced analytics.
The world is transforming so fast and supply chains are often very vulnerable to unexpected disruptions. This also helps them to manage costs while having great customer service levels
Cornelius has a B.Sc. from in business administration and business information systems from the EBS Business School in Germany and also an M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics in business and economics.

Outside of the office Cornelius takes full advantage of Munich’s proximity to the Alps, enjoying hiking and climbing, followed by practising new recipes in his kitchen.
