Oliver Wyman Associate, Amal Khatib has been included on the HERoes Future Leaders Role Model List 2024. This recognition honors efforts to promote women's inclusion both in the workplace and beyond.
Amal co-founded an initiative to champion women's health within Oliver Wyman, which quickly gained traction and attracted more than 12 women to the group. She led three sessions that collectively engaged 150 attendees, including discussions on fertility, infertility, and menstrual cycles. Her dedication to this cause caught the attention of Oliver Wyman CEO Nick Studer, leading to the sponsorship of a pilot program in London to address women's health gaps in culture and benefits.
In addition to her work at Oliver Wyman, Amal collaborates with Level 20 to promote gender diversity in private equity, delivering training sessions on commercial due diligence for both early career and senior professionals.
