Recently, he served as senior director for Optum Advisory Services, where he provided strategic and analytical services to health plans and providers. Steve's expertise lies in utilizing advanced analytics and AI to address client’s business problems. He has supported numerous large national health plans, spanning over 26 States, as well as various regional mid-size plans.
With more than 18 years of experience in actuarial and advanced analytics, Steve is a proven leader in the field. His skill set includes financial risk management, predictive modeling, research and development, strategic consulting, and collaborating with C-suite partners across the US healthcare marketplace. Steve specializes in strategic financial management, risk-adjustment, and population risk stratification for the MA/Medicaid/Duals/LTSS populations.

Steve holds a Master of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Boston University. He also finished a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Queens College of New York.
In his leisure time, Steve enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
