Paulina serves as a Marketing Manager for the Climate and Sustainability platform. She has built a professional career in helping businesses and governments drive positive impact around some of the world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges, from gender equality to oceans and climate change. In these areas, she has led communications strategies to enable informed decision making at organizations like the World Resources Institute, the World Energy Council, and the World Economic Forum.
This is an exciting time to work in the climate and sustainability space as more and more companies join the race to net zero. The challenge now is how to turn these commitments into action.
Having lived in six different countries, Paulina brings a wealth of international expertise to her role in the climate and sustainability team. She drives forward cross-practice collaboration to generate unique insights and identifies strategic opportunities for increasing the visibility of Oliver Wyman’s climate and sustainability work through media, events, and digital and social platforms. Her goal in this position is to raise awareness, generate dialogue, and build partnerships around the global challenge of climate change.
When working in the climate and sustainability space, it is important to be patient and stay hopeful as successful transitions take time.
In addition to working on climate and sustainability at Oliver Wyman, Paulina also brings these issues to the forefront of her personal life. She actively encourages others in her network to adopt sustainable practices that are simple to do yet can make a difference, like reducing, reusing, and recycling. She has a bachelor's degree in politics and international studies from the University of Warwick and a master's degree in international relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
