The Consultant Accelerator Program at Oliver Wyman is more than just a job – it's the springboard for a rewarding consulting career. Over the course of six months, you'll gain real-world experience working alongside our diverse and supportive team. Make a real impact on client projects, and develop the skills you need to become a successful consultant.
The Application Process
Kick start your journey by applying to be part of the February or June 2025 intake. The recruitment process includes three case interviews conducted by our Oliver Wyman consultants and partners to assess your problem-solving skills, quantitative thinking, and cultural fit. Once you’ve passed all phases, you will be notified if you are selected to join the program.
Mentorship And Support
To set you on the road to success, you will take part in our Foundational Bootcamp where you will be provided with immersive and interactive training led by partners and senior leaders to support you as you navigate the world of consulting. Expect to advance your problem-solving skills and your use of Excel, PowerPoint, Business Acumen and Generative AI.
Real-World Experience
Expect to be working alongside our team and experienced consultants on actual client briefs, making an impact while applying your learnings and developing your consulting skillset further. You will gain exposure while you work on diverse projects in different industries, and you’ll receive performance feedback to help you develop and accelerate into the next role of your career.

Recent graduate or in your final year of university (Bachelors or Masters)
GPA scores above 3.5/ 4 or 4.5/ 5 (may vary based on institutions)
Major in Engineering, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics
