What We Do

We assist airlines, MROs, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with the assessment, design, training, implementation, continuous improvement, and administration of proactive reliability management programs — all key to lowering cost per available seat-mile (CASM). We also assist airlines in gaining FAA authorization for Operations Specification (Op Spec) D074, which enables them to optimize their maintenance program directly from their reliability processes.

Our experts can either function as a virtual airline reliability department or provide on-site staff to support an airline compiling and interpreting data, provide reliability reports — such as Mechanical Interruption Summary (MIS), Service Difficulty Report (SDR) and Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) program administration — or perform aircraft and component level root cause analysis.

Airline Reliability Department
We assist our clients with assessment, design, and implementation, including FAA reporting and tracking requirements, continuous improvement (CI), and proactive reliability management programs. We also assist airlines in gaining FAA authorization for their applicable Op Spec, enabling them to optimize efficiency with their reliability program – all key for an operator to lower CASM.
Reliability Reporting
We can act as a virtual airline reliability department or provide on-site staff to support an airline in compiling, cleaning, and interpreting data, provide formal reliability reports, including MIS, SDR, CASS program administration, and index-based reporting, and perform aircraft and component level root cause analysis.
Training
We provide thorough training on reliability to our clients to ensure their continued success. These include effective administration and implementation of the reliability program, along with MIS, SDR, and CASS program administration.
