Our fleet management and aircraft transactions team lead the industry in aircraft transactions, delivery, and re-delivery support. We have completed over 1,500-plus aircraft and 500-plus engine transactions across dozens of aircraft models.
We provide end-to-end support through the entire asset management life cycle, including aircraft repossessions, inductions, lease returns and re-delivery, technical records preparation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) support, maintenance program preparation, project management, maintenance reserves, and lessor and on-site coordination.
Aircraft acquisitions
We provide services such as pre-purchase inspections, aircraft identification, bridging management, review of records against delivery conditions and regulatory requirements, conformity, and entry into service, including engineering and supply chain support.
Integration
We review aircraft records in preparation for transfer and uploading component and maintenance requirements manually or via integration spreadsheets (system agnostic).
Conformity
Our experts prepare finalized aircraft conformity packages to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Technical Records Management
We help develop best-in-class records management systems so that clients can avoid costly contract concessions, by ensuring processes and procedures align with contract return conditions. Using electronic records repository (ERR) platforms like AirVault® and STREAM® helps streamline the process and enables concurrent aircraft re-deliveries with built-in issue management/resolution.
Asset and Maintenance Cost Optimization
We conduct scenario analysis for clients to assess financial and risk impact strategies for asset and maintenance costs. In collaboration with clients, our experts develop optimized pathways that consider lease return conditions, part swapping, sequencing, trading functions, strategic partnerships, and retirement/exit strategy and planning.
Aircraft and engine Re-Delivery
Our specialists review and monitor technical records to ensure compliance with maintenance obligations, conduct aircraft physical inspections for repair assessments, avionics, and key component validations to ensure contractual compliance (including witnessing engine borescope inspections). We additionally conduct transition services, such as demo-flight coordination and liaise with national aviation authorities’ registration/de-registration and export of airworthiness certificates.
Fleet management
Our specialists manage airline restructuring, fleet optimization analysis, support lease negotiations and strategy (including OEMs and MROs), and perform new versus used asset comparisons to evaluate aircraft and engines.
