A safe and profitable operation starts with effective, intent-based compliance and an integrated safety management system (SMS) that complements effective compliance.

We work with clients in flight operations, technical operations, ground operations, MRO, design, and production organizations. Using our four-phase methodology, we perform safety management diagnostics and safety performance improvement programs, including competence development and safety assurance. We can conduct impactful quality and compliance management diagnostics and provide improvement support, safety culture development and surveys, safety leadership development and coaching, and safety culture improvement programs.

Using our internationally recognized safety management diagnostic framework, we develop pragmatic recommendations designed to improve performance, enhance safety culture, and reduce safety risk. Crucially, we consider key enterprise performance factors that are vital to the success of SMS in a commercial business context.

When SMS is not mandated by regulation, we assist clients with the development of an SMS voluntary program.

Safety management system (SMS)
We support our clients’ safety compliance and performance by conducting safety management diagnostics and offering the expert support required to implement improvements. We are experienced in supporting the development of safety leadership and the creation of positive safety cultures. We offer subsequent reassessment of the performance of safety management systems and organizational culture for continuous safety risk management improvements.
