Candy is based in the Transportation and Services Practice in our Atlanta office, where she holds the position of director of Technical Publications and Aircraft Records.
Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of manual revision and distribution tasks, as well as maintaining the fleet maintenance records for contracted clients.
An experienced aviation professional with more than 30 years of industry expertise, Candy is entrusted with the crucial role of driving process improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. She is responsible for developing and refining operational procedures, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards, and meeting the expectations of stakeholders.

Before joining Oliver Wyman Vector, Candy served as the manager of Technical Publications and Aircraft Records at a consulting firm and an airline. She has a strong background in aviation regulations and compliance, and she conducts thorough research on FAA rules and regulations to ensure that aircraft records are in full compliance.
Outside of work, she spends a lot of time boating and camping with her husband of 31 years as well as visiting their two adult children and one grandchild. They also spend as much free time as possible traveling.
