Victoria joins Oliver Wyman as a Partner in our Public Services and Policy practice, based in London. She brings over 17 years of experience working across UK government, to assist public sector clients including local counsellors, business representatives, and senior civil servants, on strategic growth and transformation.
Strategically focused, Victoria draws upon her expertise in tackling complex issues in the public sector. This has included leading an award-winning partnership across all of London boroughs, focused on driving innovation in the local government market.
Nothing motivates me more than working with public sector clients to help them solve their challenges. It’s all good and well designing an inspiring vision and an intelligent strategy, but at the heart of the work I do is always a relentless focus on making sure a positive impact can then be delivered in public services. Being able to work with clients to tackle some of society's biggest problems and make a tangible difference to the communities they serve, is a huge privilege which I do not take for granted.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Victoria is adept at developing a vision that generates passion and loyalty amongst clients and colleagues. Her entrepreneurial spirit has seen her advance new market-making initiatives, driving change in the public sector.
Outside of work, Victoria is an ambassador for a grass roots charity that focuses on working with marginalised girls across the Global South. Victoria is also a proud Scouser and as per her heritage, is passionate about music; even more so when live.
