Juin is a partner based in the Oliver Wyman Singapore office, specializing in topics across our Retail and Business Banking, and Digital Practices.
Her focus areas include digital bank design and builds, digital payments strategy and implementation, customer-first design, large-scale transformations, and change management. Her project experience spans Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.

Juin is most passionate about building human connections with her clients and teams, across all levels. She believes it’s this human element that makes work not feel like work, and that empowers her to strive for real impact, both big and small, in her day-to-day life.
She holds a BSc in Economics with concentrations in finance and accounting from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She grew up in Malaysia and started her career at Oliver Wyman’s San Francisco office. In her spare time, she enjoys unwinding by hiking in nature.
