Andrew is the director of partner talent and human capital operations, Asia Pacific, for Oliver Wyman.
He is passionate about working at the interface of people development, performance, and commercial delivery, in dynamic and evolving business environments.
With more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, and professional services industry in the region, Andrew has a broad range of skills in business leadership and HR partnering, cross-border people service and delivery, and multi-jurisdictional operations. He also has client facing and business development experience, and a strong commercial focus.

Andrew is responsible for partner talent capability and services for Asia Pacific, covering senior talent sourcing, development, enrichment, and progression of the firm’s business leaders. He joined Oliver Wyman Group in 2014 and has held various roles across the HR spectrum for the Asia Pacific region, including talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR operations.
He has contributed to the consistent and sustained regional business and team growth in terms of headcount, footprint, and performance.

Born in the UK and raised in Australia, Andrew now resides in Singapore with his wife and kids. He is enthusiastic about endurance sports and French bulldogs.
