Earlier this year, Castlight and Jiff came together through a strategic merger that combined Castlight's health benefits platform with Jiff's employee wellness platform to create one of the most comprehensive health navigation platforms seen in healthcare today. According to the CEO of Castlight, John Doyle and President of Castlight and former CEO of Jiff, Derek Newell, the partnership was created to ultimately give consumers what they need - simplified navigation throughout the entire health journey. "Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for people to get to the healthcare resources that are best matched to the issues they're trying to solve from a cost perspective and from a quality perspective," said John.

In this episode of the Oliver Wyman Health podcast, John, Derek and Oliver Wyman’s Sam Glick discuss what this partnership means for the evolution of health benefit solutions.
