On February 6, 2020 HHS published its Draft Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2021. The Notice contains rules and parameters that would apply to the Individual and Small Group health insurance markets in 2021, and modifications to previously promulgated rules. This document represents a summary of our interpretation of the Notice but does not constitute, nor is it a substitute for, legal advice.
