As part of our ongoing collaboration with the Group of Thirty, Oliver Wyman and the G30 have produced a new report: Reviving and Restructuring the Corporate Sector Post-COVID: Designing Public Policy Interventions.
The report stresses that the time for policymakers to act to head off the looming corporate solvency crisis is now, and provides guidance for the development of policy actions to support the corporate sector and prepare for recovery and growth.
The recommendations for policymakers include:
- a set of ten core principles to guide the design of the policy response
- a set of policy tools with which to respond
- a decision framework to determine appropriate policy responses for a specific jurisdiction
