This report is presented as a statement from the entire MMC Group in Mexico to reaffirm our commitment to Social Responsibility with transparency and accountability. 2019 was particularly special as we turned 10 years as a Socially Responsible Company, launched a new Volunteer Program and integrated the Company Lorant, Martinez y Salas to the Marsh & McLennan Companies Group.

We are extremely proud of the progress we have made, being distinguished for our business ethics. A distinction that we honor by building relationships of trust with our clients, shareholders, colleagues and communities. Our constant is improvement; therefore, we continue to work to make a difference in areas such as gender equality, inclusion, environmental sustainability and through supporting our communities.
During 2019, we volunteered over 3,500 hours in the community thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our colleagues. In addition, this year we launched, with the support of our Ally Junior Achievement, the Safe Life (Vida Segura) Program, which aims to foster a greater culture of prevention through awareness and education to help our youth define a safer life route, by identifying the impact of different risk situations, as well as the benefit of adequate long-term prevention.
At MMC we celebrate the diversity and richness of the ideas it represents by constantly seeking to provide safe spaces for our colleagues to express themselves freely. This report also highlights the continuous strengthening of the relationship among MMC’s companies in Mexico.
