On November 26, 2014 the Department of Health and Human Services published its Draft Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2016.
The notice contains rules and parameters that would apply to the individual and small group health insurance markets in 2016, and modifications to previously promulgated rules. This document represents a summary of our health actuaries' interpretation of the draft notice.
