On September 10–13, 2023, Oliver Wyman will be attending the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG) Annual Conference and Tech Forum in Atlanta, Georgia. The MAG is the leading US association for merchants to discuss payments-related issues.

The objectives of the MAG conferences and Tech Forum are to foster collaboration, provide tech-focused knowledge, and build relationships across merchants, their payments IT and business teams, and technology-focused sponsors. At this year's conference, industry-leading speakers will focus on the latest trends in the payments ecosystem.

2023 Voice of the Merchant Study

Oliver Wyman and the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG) jointly sponsored the 2023 “Voice of the Merchant” Study. This is a continuation of the 2022 Study to examine how leading merchants are transforming their payments ecosystems to meet customers’ evolving shopping expectations. We explored what is working well for their customers, what payments challenges still exist, and what new payments and financial services innovations are on the horizon.
