The Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) will hold its 2nd Digital & Risk Management in Insurance (DRiM) webinar on the theme: “Waves of Change: Entering New Dynamics of Life Insurance” on November 11, 2021.
Our Head of Insurance, Asia Pacific, Tek Yew Chia, will share his insights and experience on the topic “Business Dynamics: Technology Adoption Brings New Solutions”, from 3:30pm – 4:00pm (UTC +7). Using case studies, he will highlight how companies successfully implemented digital innovations around:
- Changing customer preferences
- New business models: dynamic pricing, peer to peer insurance
He will also join a panel discussion to wrap up the webinar, from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.
