Tse Koon is DBS Singapore Country Head. Prior to this appointment, he was Managing Director and Head of Group Strategy and Planning. He has 25 years of experience in the banking industry and has worked in Asia, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining DBS, he held a diverse range of senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including as CEO of Indonesia, Chief Operating Officer covering Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas, Chief Information Officer and Head of Technology and Operations in Singapore. He has also held the position of Regional Head of Trade, based in Singapore.
Vincent Quah is responsible for business development with education institutions, research, healthcare and not-for-profit organizations at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He works with educators and students, research scientists, medical/hospital executives and non-for-profit personnel in leveraging AWS Cloud services to save costs, accelerate innovation, and increase organizational agility that better serve their missions. Based in Singapore, Vincent Quah has more than 25 years of experience working in senior roles across the education (K12 and tertiary) and learning sectors, life sciences and healthcare industries, as well as high performance computing projects across Asia Pacific.
As Group Chief Financial Officer, Ms Wong Soo Min leads the development of the financial and business strategies, while ensuring effective internal controls and ongoing financial sustainability of NUHS. She also oversees the Enterprise Risk Management, working closely with the institutions to ensure that they have the robust framework in place. As the Corporate Office Chief of Staff, she assists the Chief Executive in shaping strategies and leading the integration efforts of NUHS. Ms Wong has held senior leadership positions in both Finance and Operations in technology multinationals like Hewlett Packard Inc, Micron Technology Inc and an Intel-Micron Joint Venture, with experience encompassing business partnership and analytics, development and implementation of transformation initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, start-up operations, supply chain, quality and partners' management. She has extensive experience in finance where she led worldwide teams in facilitating the transparency of financial performance across institutions, working with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive improved performance and ensuring that business decisions are grounded in sound analysis with the appropriate accountability. Ms Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
