With its establishment in 2019, Ma’an launched its Ma’an Social Incubator and Accelerator program targeting social enterprises and offering mentorship and training services. Oliver Wyman was engaged to enhance Ma’an’s service offering, by designing a comprehensive mentorship and training framework for socially driven start-ups. During the process of developing the new approach, Ma’an and Oliver Wyman engaged with the social enterprises in a design thinking activity to ensure the capture of their ideas and insights, and to make sure that the new approach will fulfill their development and growth needs.
