The 30% Club has always been a trailblazer, setting the standard for gender equity in leadership roles. As one of the first initiatives of its kind, the collective has tirelessly championed the cause of getting more women into leadership positions. For more than a decade, they have demonstrated that better gender balance means better business. The 30% Club has been instrumental in holding change-makers accountable, empowering board chairs and CEOs to champion equity within their organizations, and keeping progress on track with transparent reporting.

Over the course of five transformative months, our London Lippincott and Oliver Wyman teams collaborated with the 30% Club to create a dynamic new brand voice that resonates with their mission and values. This new voice was designed to be more than just a stylistic change; it became a powerful resource that served both as a writing guide and a behavioral compass. By aligning the efforts of the volunteers under a unified, collective voice, we turned fragmented initiatives into a cohesive, collaborative movement.
