At Oliver Wyman, social impact is at the core of what we do because we believe in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful, lasting change. In 2024, we're proud to celebrate a significant milestone: a decade since the formalization of our Social Impact program.
Ten years ago, a group of passionate consultants took the initiative to formalize our efforts and deepen our commitment to making a positive difference in the communities where we live and work. What began as a grassroots idea has evolved into a global program that brings together Oliver Wyman’s world-class consulting expertise with the on-the-ground insights of those driving change in the social sector.
Throughout the years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside numerous charities, non-profits, and third-sector organizations tackling the world’s most pressing challenges. We spoke to some of them and asked them to reflect on our shared journey — the challenges, the successes, and their aspirations for the future.
