Yang is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Finance and Risk practice, based in Sydney. She has worked with a broad range of financial institutions across the UK, Europe and Australia, advising senior clients on risk strategy and transformation.

Yang has helped multiple banks to navigate the changing landscape by redefining their strategy, as well as helping banks to simplify, digitize and automate through risk transformation programs, ultimately enabling better customer outcomes.
