With over 10 years in the aviation industry and 20 years in energy and logistics, he brings a wealth of experience and a diverse perspective to client engagements, enabling him to address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
In his role, Wayne specializes in project management and commercializing Oliver Wyman Vector’s offerings. His consulting expertise spans strategy, process and change management, and systems and product design, development, and implementation. His deep experience in finance, business processes, software, and corporate development equips him to lead projects with exceptional efficiency and impact. Before joining Oliver Wyman Vector, Wayne held roles across Australia, the South Pacific, Europe, Asia, and the US.
