With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance sector, he leads major digital transformation projects. His actuarial and financial expertise enables him to assist chief risk officers and chief financial officers with critical risk and finance programs.

He helps clients make informed decisions, whether launching a new business, investing in innovation, transforming an operating model, or engaging in mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Vahé held several senior roles in consulting and management. He spent six years at a multinational insurance company, leading strategic projects at the group level and conducting audits for the European markets. This international experience has been key in shaping his approach to consulting.
Outside of work, Vahé enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. His personal interests include running and engaging in charitable activities.
