Tobias’ core focus is on commercial innovation, including portfolio and competitive strategy, digital customer engagement, and marketing excellence. His work is centered around transforming the way Life Sciences companies engage with their customers, medical professionals and patients to ultimately deliver better patient care and create a lasting impact. One of the most impactful moments in his career working on a project which successfully developed a new chapter in the life cycle for a pharmaceutical drug with a century-long presence on the market. Identifying new opportunities for its use resulted in it being famously named a "wonder drug" by the press.

Growing up in Europe and Africa has given Tobias a unique outlook on life. After hours, he enjoys wildlife watching and photography, as well as distance running. He is also passionate about all kinds of watersports. When in London, you can spot him kayaking and paddleboarding on the river Thames.
Tobias holds a master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management (EEM) from the University of Oxford.
