Thibault is a principal in our Health and Life Sciences Practice, based in Zurich. With nearly a decade of strategy consulting experience at leading firms in the industry, he specializes in the pharmaceutical, biotech (including CDMO), and medical device industries.
Thibault collaborates with clients on corporate strategy, innovation strategy (including AI and the role of new technologies), operation strategy, and climate and sustainability. He has also helped shape various global corporate transactions and supported transformation programs for public healthcare clients, such as providers, supra-national organizations, and ministries of health.

He holds a state doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Paris 11 and a master of science from École Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC Business School) in Paris.
