Tanishq is a principal in the Finance and Risk (F&R) as well as the Retail and Business Banking (RBB) Practices.
With a major in Computer Science, Tanishq briefly worked with Microsoft and Amazon before pursuing his MBA. After completing his MBA, he joined Oliver Wyman in 2014 and has since worked in three different offices across North America and Asia.
In his role within the F&R and RBB Practices, Tanishq primarily focuses on collaborating with banks and financial institutions on a wide range of topics, including regulatory remediation, risk management, digital banking, growth strategy, and omni-channel strategy.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Tanishq is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. He leads the EMPOWERED and PROWD chapters in the Toronto office and has previously led PROWD chapters in Oliver Wyman's Singapore and Mumbai offices.
