Steven is a Partner with the Actuarial Consulting Practice of Oliver Wyman and leads our New York City actuarial office. He provides actuarial consulting services involving most property and casualty lines of insurance to corporations with self-funded insurance programs, insurance companies, reinsurance companies, and government organizations.

Steven's client projects include:

• Products/General liability – specializes in quantification of complicated liabilities such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, construction defect. 
• Respiratory disease liability modeling – provide actuarial estimates of future costs of claims resulting from asbestos and silicosis related diseases for a variety of corporations in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
• Regulatory Examinations – has been the lead actuary on behalf of state insurance departments on numerous examinations of insurance company loss reserve adequacy.
• Loss reserve opinions – provides annual loss reserve opinions for a variety of insurance and captive insurance companies.

Steven is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.  He has been approved to provide captive loss reserve certifications by regulatory authorities in a variety of locations including Vermont, South Carolina, and Bermuda.
