Stephanie is a vice president at Oliver Wyman Vector.
Starting her career as an aircraft engineer, she knew early that complex problem solving was her calling. Over time, she has expanded her analytical skills to encompass a broader scope. Stephanie has since consulted with airlines on major information systems integration programs, engine maintenance sourcing, inflight entertainment, connectivity technology, and sourcing programs optimization efforts. She excels in understanding the human side of change, navigating the complexities of human identity, behaviors, and motivations.
Prior to Oliver Wyman Vector, Stephanie was a managing partner with SeaTec Consulting, where she had various roles leading commercial operations, transportation consulting, and engineering and technical services, successfully growing the latter business unit from $2 million to $20 million. During her time at SeaTec, she defined and implemented SeaTec’s executive leadership development program, its diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, and achieved company-wide AS9100 quality management certification.
Growth can’t happen without discomfort, consideration of conflicting perspectives, and dedicated reflection
Before working at SeaTec, Stephanie served as an internal consultant and program manager for the chief risk and compliance officer at Target Corporation where she built a portfolio management team to drive business unit initiatives and lead business improvement consulting teams. As an aircraft structures engineer with Delta Air Lines, Stephanie implemented repairs and fleet-wide modifications to ensure aircraft safety and maximize performance.
Outside of work, Stephanie likes to race on cross-country skis, mountain bikes, and even swims across lakes. She spends much of her time with her husband and three young boys, fostering their love for the outdoors. Stephanie has even particpated in a podcast about these experiences.
