Solène joined Oliver Wyman in 2016 and is an engagement manager in the Energy and Natural Resources Practice in Paris. She is also quarterback of Climate and Sustainability Europe.
Solène actively drives the climate and sustainability business internally and externally. She aims to accelerate the energy and climate transition at scale by advising global corporates in their decarbonization strategy and business model shift, as well as developing growth strategy for key players of the transition.
Leaders act beyond compliance and create opportunities. Making a successful transition requires a systemic view and a strategic approach to review both the operating and business models
As a GROW (Green Champions at Oliver Wyman) Co-Lead, Solène has also been pushing for sustainability initiatives within Oliver Wyman like launching and facilitating Climate Fresks, building a global tool to assess the carbon footprint from travels on each project, or updating Oliver Wyman mobility policy.
Outside of work, Solène loves travelling and meeting new people with different cultures and ways of thinking, yet she is now limiting air travel to better manage her carbon footprint. She also loves good food and wine — easy to find in France.
Solène holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupélec and in Network Industries and Digital Economy from Paris Dauphine University.
