With a background in engineering, coding, and Bharatanatyam dancing, Sayli brings a unique mix of skills to Oliver Wyman’s London office.

After completing a 6-month internship during the final year of her degree at the University of Oxford, Sayli joined Oliver Wyman full-time after graduating. She applies her problem-solving skills to finding ways to help governments ensure their financial institutions are safe and effective and helps institutions like banks adapt their strategies to changing market dynamics and evolving regulatory standards.

Because we focus on solving the toughest problems businesses have, no project we do is ever the same, each requires fresh thinking and tailoring the solution to the client. For me, this is what makes my work so interesting!

Additionally, Sayli has been the co-lead for our diversity network EMPOWERED, where she helped launch the first reverse mentoring session as well as helped grow the network and built connections with universities to ensure a diverse pool of candidates for jobs and internships.

When I moved to the UK at the age of 18, I was thrown out of my comfort zone and it taught me that that’s when I perform at my best. I advise others to just throw yourself out there, because the most successful individuals are those that adapt to new environments and not just survive but thrive on change

When she is not working, Sayli is a professional Bharatanatyam dancer, likes playing cards, going on hikes and spending time with friends and family.
