At this interface, he advises national and international public institutions on developing digital transformation strategies, reorganizing operating models, developing digital ecosystems, and implementing the latest technologies and infrastructures.

As part of a six-month mission for Oliver Wyman, he actively helped to build up a company for digital identities and data management as a project manager, developing both deep technology and entrepreneurial expertise.
Robert studied at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. He holds a master of science in management. He also finished an apprenticeship as a bank clerk. He lives with his family in Cologne.
