Rich has provided services to a wide range of commercial and private equity clients in sectors such as industrial products, high technology, financial services, automotive, consumer products and aerospace. Known for his business acumen and leadership skills, he has a proven track record of quickly implementing strategic initiatives. He is highly regarded for his ability to build consensus and deliver on transformational procurement and supply chain opportunities.

Rich holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon as well as a BS in Operations Research and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
He lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife Heidi who is a physician, specializing in rehab medicine for children. They are empty nesters now that their daughter, Sydney, is studying at American University and their son, Daniel, is a lawyer. Rich's passions include cycling, squash, and golf. With his family, he also loves to go on eco-tourism adventure vacations.
