Rachel Kirsh is the Chief Mobility & Security Officer, a role she assumed in November 2015. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s employee mobility programs as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including sanctions compliance. In addition, she leads the firm’s crisis management efforts and has overall responsibility for global safety and security, and is responsible for managing the firm’s internal audits. She is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Council.
Previously, Rachel served as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer ( CRCO) of Oliver Wyman a role she assumed in January 2012. As CRCO, she was responsible for designing and overseeing the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management program. She also led all compliance efforts for the firm including developing and implementing policies, procedures, systems and controls that supported the firm’s risk management program. In addition, she was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and served on several committees at Marsh & McLennan Companies, including the Issues Panel and ERM Advisory Committee.
Prior to this, Rachel served as Global Head of Human Capital Operations for Oliver Wyman, a role she assumed in 2002. She was responsible for developing and managing the global human resources operations function. She managed global payroll and benefits administration, HRIS, global mobility, compliance training, employment documentation, company policy creation and implementation, employee relations, employee classification issues, global security & safety issues, hires/terminations, mergers and acquisitions and other employment-related issues.
She holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and a law degree from William & Mary.
Rachel currently is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Laurel School for Girls in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where she chairs the Audit Committee and the Risk Task Force.
