Philippe Jaspart is a Director in the Oliver Wyman Paris Office and a dynamic leader in the project engineering and industrial operations space.
Philippe has over 20 years of experience in consultancy. He is an expert in large multi-site transformation programs, cost reduction programs, and industrial operations optimization. He has led numerous projects in sectors such as rail transportation, manufacturing, infrastructures, process industries, and oil and gas. Much of his work is focused on project engineering, organization effectiveness, and behavior change.

In addition to his vast background in operations and engineering across sectors, Philippe also brings an advanced consultancy skillset to his work. He has experience in industrial assets operation optimization, infrastructure optimization, Industry 4.0, client and supplier relationship performance diagnosis, and EPC (engineer, procure, construct). Philippe serves as an invaluable resource for companies aiming to sustainably improve their operational strategy development and execution.

Philippe is a native French speaker who is also fluent in English. He graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts & Métiers and holds a MSME from Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta) as well as an INSEAD Executive Certificate in Global Management.
