Perceval is a principal based in Zurich office, where he is a key member of our global Transport and Logistics Practice.
He works with clients, predominantly in logistics, parcel, and postal sectors, to design and implement large-scale transformation programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Perceval leads major transformation programs that entail both the re-design of the operating model as well as the cultural transformation of the organization. His goal is to achieve sustainable cost improvements and strengthen the long-term competitiveness of his clients’ businesses. In delivering these transformations, he manages large and diverse teams that combine industry expertise in transport and logistics with capabilities in operations and digital. He also works closely with Oliver Wyman Vector as well as Oliver Wyman’s cultural change experts, 8works.
The success of every transformation hinges on people. The best strategies, concepts, and plans can only create a lasting impact if the cultural journey is carefully orchestrated and the change is anchored in the broader organization
Perceval joined Oliver Wyman after earning his Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
To regain balance and perspective, when he is not working, he retreats to the Alps, where he spends the winters skiing and the summers hiking. Additionally, he plays the piano, with Beethoven being his composer of choice.
