With nearly two decades of experience in strategy consulting and banking, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to both the South African and broader African markets. He advises senior executives on a wide range of topics, including strategy and transformation, digital innovation, sustainability, and risk management.
Paul has been instrumental in spearheading large-scale national initiatives, establishing new businesses, designing corporate strategies, implementing productivity enhancement programs, and developing digital solutions.

Paul has worked in more than 20 countries, covering the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His career at Oliver Wyman has led him to our offices in London, Dubai, and Johannesburg.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman in 2007, Paul was part of Morgan Stanley’s Cash Equities business in London. He holds a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics and is a regular speaker at conferences and a contributor to published articles and research reports.
Outside of work, Paul is a passionate traveler and cherishes spending time with his family and friends.
