As the Executive Director and European Head of Marketing, Paola’s mission is to create and nurture opportunities through community building, storytelling, and purposeful branding.
Paola joined Oliver Wyman at the start of her career and loved the culture and the opportunities that such a fast-paced, young, and ever-evolving environment had to offer. After 10 years, and many different roles (including co-leading Women of Oliver Wyman globally), she ventured out to explore consulting from a different perspective. She returned to the firm in 2022 to lead the European marketing team and help drive the firm’s growth.
Her role is to connect with various audiences in unconventional ways, sparking meaningful conversations that inspire them. She also grows the company brand. She believes that the Oliver Wyman way is different and unique, and she wants many more people to experience it. For Paola, it's important to take care of the team’s happiness and strive to make special internal collaborations.
Success is doing what you love, what you are born for. It feels like a stream that runs through you and makes you hustle, run, cry, and get excited. It is living your life and not someone else’s. I am proud of the woman I have become, the family I have built with my husband, the NOI Club, and the amazing journey at Oliver Wyman
Paola believes that human connections are the key to making change and bringing ideas to life. She enjoys conducting interviews and delving into people’s stories.
She is driven by her passion for collaboration and diversity, as well as her desire to empower women. That’s why she founded the NOI (means "We" in the Italian language) Club in 2015, an influential international community of women in business. The club’s motto is #poweredbykindness, and its mission is to enable change at the speed of light.
In her free time, she relishes swimming, regardless of the water temperature. Additionally, she has a passion for traveling. Although she may not be the best cook, she excels at testing restaurants.
Paola has a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Audio-Visual Communication.
