Pablo Tramazaygues is a Partner based in Madrid and leads our Retail and Business Banking Practice in Iberia. In these capacities, Pablo works with a global team of dedicated financial services partners to drive growth and improve the customer experience across the full spectrum of consumer financial services in Europe and Latin America. Pablo´s client work is centered around overall strategy and transformation for major universal and retail banks and also has a strong focus in retail payments (credit, debit, prepaid, mobile payments) for different stakeholders (issuers, networks, acquirers).

Pablo has more than 20 years’ of consulting experience working with leading financial services. Prior to Joining Oliver Wyman in 2018  Pablo worked 15 years in The Boston Consulting Group (10 years as a Partner) and two years in a leading European Bank managing the consumer finance and personal banking businesses in Spain.

Pablo holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley (Fundación Areces Schollarship) and a BA in Business Administration by the University of Deusto. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
