Nicky Dingemans assumed the role of Chief Human Capital Officer of
Oliver Wyman Group in 2012. Nicky is responsible for all aspects of
human capital management, including talent acquisition, management and
executive development, employee relations, compensation plan, employee
benefits, diversity and inclusion, employee mobility, organization
planning and effectiveness, staffing, legal and regulatory compliance,
and the effectiveness of the company's succession planning.
She
is a member of Oliver Wyman Group's Management Committee and the Oliver
Wyman Executive Committee. She also sits on the Marsh & McLennan
Companies global HR Executive Team.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman Group, Nicky was the Global Chief People Officer at Reed Smith LLP, a global law firm with more than 3,500 employees. From 1987 to 2007, she was with Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Co.), where she held numerous roles in consulting (primarily to the healthcare sector) and human resources, including Global Human Capital Director for the Global Commercial/Global Integrated Business.
Nicky received an MS in Management from Stanford Business School and a BA in Biochemistry from The Queen's College, Oxford University.
Nicky is an avid soccer fan and a lifelong Manchester City supporter. She formerly captained The Queen's College ladies soccer team and now uses those skills to help coach her children's soccer teams.
