Nick is a Houston-based principal in our Digital and Energy practices.
He uses technology to design, build, and monitor innovative solutions to business problems for major industrial companies. An engineer by training, Nick works with a large, diverse team of partners and consultants to create scalable and sustainable results with a mix of strategy and software.

Nick’s recent projects have focused on digitizing business processes to improve decision-making and optimize costs. He leads full stack teams in the transportation, environmental services, and energy sectors to improve strategic network planning, vehicle routing, inventory management, and marketing effectiveness. Nick is passionate (and outspoken) about deploying the right tools and processes to achieve lasting business impact. He has worked within all levels of agile teams and multiple client organization structures to deliver fast, impactful solutions.
Software has been eating the world for 20 years – but some major industrials are just waking up to that reality. I believe that the next 20 years will be full of digital business model transitions, particularly for industrials; and I’m excited to help these leaders with both digital strategic direction and tactical delivery.
Prior to Oliver Wyman, Nick practiced as a mechanical engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London. He’s a certified yoga instructor and an absolute novice in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
